  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders within our service regions. No hidden fees.

3. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Processing Time:
Please allow 2-8 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment from our warehouse. This includes quality checking and packaging your products with care.

Shipping Time (After Dispatch):
Delivery times vary depending on your specific destination within Asia or Europe. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched to give you the most accurate delivery estimate.

4. Our Shipping Partners

We have partnered with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • For domestic deliveries within our warehouse regions, we trust SF Express for their reliability and timely service.

  • For international deliveries within Asia and Europe, we use a selection of premium carriers to ensure the best service.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment every step of the way.

  • Didn't get a tracking email? Please check your spam or promotions folder.

  • Tracking number not updating? It can sometimes take 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to activate. If it's been longer, contact us at contact@juolia.com.

  • Recycled & Reusable: We use recycled or reused cardboard boxes and include reusable inserts to reduce waste.

  • Eco-Conscious Printing: All packaging is printed with eco-friendly, water-based inks.

We believe that looking good and doing good should go hand-in-hand.

7. Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
