Orders & Shipping

🛒 How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your favorite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to enter your shipping details and payment information to complete your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s placed!

📦 How long does shipping take?

  • Within the US: Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.

  • International: Shipping times vary by destination, typically between 7-14 business days.
    You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to you!

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track it from your account dashboard if you created one.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly to get your products to you ASAP! Please email us at contact@juolia.com immediately with your order number. We’ll try our best to make changes if your order hasn’t been processed yet.


Returns & Refunds

🔄 What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee on unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or used devices due to hygiene reasons.

⏰ How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (which takes about 5 business days), we will process your refund. It may then take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

🤷♀️ What if my product is damaged or defective?
We’re so sorry if that happened! Please contact us immediately at care@juolia.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

💆♀️ How do I choose the right products for my skin type?
Glad you asked! We recommend looking for your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive) in the product description. Our products are clearly labeled for which skin types they are best suited.

⚡ How do I charge my Juolia beauty device?
Most Juolia devices come with a USB charging cable. Simply plug the cable into the device and a USB power adapter (like a phone charger). A small indicator light will usually show when it's charging and when it's fully charged. Always refer to the specific user manual included in the box.

🧴 Are Juolia products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! We are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals. Many of our products are also vegan; this is clearly marked on the product page. We are committed to clean and ethical beauty.

🌿 Are your products clean? What does that mean?
For us, "clean" means our formulas are made without a list of questionable ingredients like parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), phthalates, and formaldehydes. We focus on skin-loving ingredients that are effective and safe.

🧊 How should I store my products?
For maximum efficacy, store your skincare products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This is especially important for products with active ingredients like Vitamin C.

👤 How do I create an account?
You can create an account during the checkout process by selecting "Create an account" or by going to the "Account" login page and clicking "Create account."

🔐 I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on the "Log in" link and then on "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to create a new password.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay for a faster checkout.
