At Juolia, we stand by the quality of our skincare and beauty gadgets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. This is especially important for hygiene and safety reasons with skincare and beauty devices.

Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready.
What Can Be Returned?

Unopened skincare products in their original condition.

Beauty gadgets that are unused, undamaged, and in all original packaging.
What Can't Be Returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.

Sealed consumables (like mask pods or serum capsules) that have been opened.

Gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team within the 14-day window.

Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange.
Step 2: Our team will respond with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number, as we may be unable to process it.
Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Timing: Once your return is received and inspected (which can take up to 5 business days after arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Process: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For returns that are not due to a Juolia error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We are happy to exchange an item for a different variant or product of equal value, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We’re sorry if something isn't right! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@juolia.com with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will gladly send a Gift Card or a full refund.
